1. To ensure the normal and safe use of the YQ-50 series magnetic compass.
please read the following items before installation and use.
2. After determining the plane installation position, mark the direction of the parallel line between the position and the hull keel to ensure that Install correctly.
There are two notches at the edge of an A-type magnetic compass, and the connecting direction of the two notches shall be parallel to the direction of the hull keel.
There is a raised mark line on the top of the upper cover of the C-type magnetic compass, which should be parallel to the direction of the hull keel. The connecting line of the F H magnetic compass at the central depression of its bottom support shall be parallel to the hull keel.
3. Make sure that the pointer of the magnetic compass is facing the user and the magnetic compass is facing away from the bow.
4. Note that there must be no steel structure or objects with a magnetic field around the installation position (such as power supply, motor, etc.). Type A is suitable for installation on the plane and fixed with screws.CGH type is suitable for installation on a flat surface. Secure with screws.
5. The magnetic compass is equipped with LED lighting equipment. Connect the attached wires to DC12V / 24V power supply to provide night lighting however, it should be noted that the red wire is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the black wire is connected to the negative pole of the power supply.
6. A copper adjusting tool is attached to the year-old magnetic compass for fine adjustment of the direction and balance of the magnetic compass during installation. Adjust the two notched copper rods located in the lower half of the magnetic compass, but it needs qualified personnel to adjust.
